In addition to its principal business of condominium development and custom homes, Maple Hurst Builders has worked on numerous renovation projects. The work has ranged from attic conversions in the Jamaica Plain neighborhoods to a challenging, architect inspired work found in the 2nd floor cantilevered renovation of a Newton home. The 1st project ever undertaken was a timber-framed addition for a couple in Falmouth intrepid enough to hire an inexperienced, but earnest crew. Maple Hurst occasionally works on small jobs, typically for past clients or those who want a signature Spanish Cedar fence or entry.
