Since its inception as a timber framing company 20 years ago, Maple Hurst Builders has built numerous single family homes. From a $220,000 custom home in Roxbury to a $3.5M home in Wellesley, Maple Hurst continually has demonstrated versatility and an ability to provide quality work for any construction budget. The 1st home was a yellow pine, cherry & walnut timber frame constructed on a postage-sized urban lot in Cambridge’s Inman Square. Another early home was built on 7 dramatic acres in Wellfleet’s National Seashore and represents one of the most physically arduous projects untaken, largely due to the site’s exposure to the wind and chill of an extraordinarily cold winter. While most of the homes have been custom built for an owner, several projects in Weston and Wellesley included spec homes priced from $1.5-3.5M.
